Doctor ne suna diya! 350+ Triglycerides, Fatty Liver – Ab Heart Attack ka Darr, Daru Chhodne ka Struggle!

Vijay, aapko heart attack aa sakta hai agar aise hi chalte rahe." Sunke toh ruh kaamp gayi. Kal raat tak maine 2 peg piye the, lekin aaj subah uthke pata chala ki mere dost ka (jo 52 ka tha) heart attack aaya. Wo bhi piya karta tha. Bahut bura laga. Ab maine decide kar liya hai - daru quit. Aaj se sirf green tea aur water. Par problem ye hai ki shaam ko ghar lautne par mann karta hai ki ek peg maar lu. Koi tips ho toh batao. Kya aap logon ne bhi aise struggle kiya hai? Aur kya non-veg bhi chhodna padega? Mutton toh mujhe bahut pasand hai.

Gussa control kaise karein? BP 160/100, heart problem ka dar, batao koi natural remedy!

Yaar ye gussa mujhe khatam kar raha hai. Aaj subah bivi se chai garam hone pe jhagda ho gaya, phir BP check kiya toh 160/100 dikha. Doctor ne pehle hi warning di thi ki gussa kam karo nahi toh heart problem ho sakti hai. Ab main breathing exercise kar raha hu - 4 seconds andar lete ho, 6 seconds bahar chhodo. Lekin gussa itna fast aata hai ki kuch samajh nahi aata. Koi aapne gusse ko kaise control kiya? Koi natural remedy ya routine batao jo kaam kare. Main business me bhi din bhar customers se deal karta hu, unki baatein bhi sunni padti hai. Bivi ke saath bhi relationship improve karna hai. Kya regular walking helps? Ya koi specific pranayam hai? Please suggest karo, dil se problem ho rahi hai.

PCOD ka mess se kya connection hai? Aloo sabzi aur mood swings ka drama 😩 Koi diet hack batao!

Ugh, another day of staring at the same oily aloo sabzi and dry roti in the hostel mess. 😩 I swear, my PCOD is having a field day with this diet. My mood swings were so bad today, I almost cried over a dropped paratha. Like, literally tears over roti, yaar. I’m trying to manage my insulin resistance and all, but how do you eat clean when the mess ka khana is basically deep-fried everything? I tried sneaking in some sprouts and curd from the local tiffin service, but the portions are so tiny. And don’t even get me started on the sugar cravings—hostel pantry mein chai ke sath biscuits ka stock kabhi khatam nahi hota. 😭 Does anyone have a hack for PCOD-friendly meals that don’t need a kitchen? I’m thinking of stocking up on roasted chana, makhana, and maybe some protein powder. But honestly, kya karein jab time nahi hai? Work se aake mess ka khaana hi option hai. If you’ve managed this, please share your secret. I’m open to any tips, even if it’s just a good brand of instant oats that doesn’t taste like cardboard. 🙏
