Thyroid ka pill bhoolna? Subah 4 baje alarm laga ke koi le raha hai kya? 😱

Yaar mera ek sawaal hai... thyroid walo ke liye. Thyroxin pill khali pet lena bolte hain doctors. Lekin mera subah ka routine aisa hai ki uthke bachche ko school ready karana, lunch dabba banana, sab kuch. Kabhi kabhi bhool hi jaati hu pill lena. Aur agar subah 6 baje uthke bhi le li to wapas so jaati hu toh effect kam ho jaata hai kya?😩 Aaj subah uthi, bachche ko tayyar kiya, phir yaad aaya ki pill toh li hi nahi. Ab 10 baje le li hai par kya fayda? Pata hai ki 30 min wait karna padta hai khaane se pehle. Lekin honestly, kya karein jab time hi nahi hota? Koi tip ho toh batao please. Mera husband toh kehta hai "itna simple kaam bhool jaati ho", jaise bimari hai hi nahi.πŸ˜’ Maine suna hai kuch log raat ko lete hain? Ya subah 4 baje alarm laga ke lete hain? Koi aisa karta hai? Pls share your experience. Bahut confused hu.

Inhaler addiction nahi hai! Log kyun samajhte nahi? 😀

Yaar, ek baat bolni hai. Mera padosi uncle kal mujhe bolte hain, "Beta tumhara inhaler addiction ho gaya hai, chhodo na." 😀 Seriously? Maine unhe samjhaya bhi ki ye addiction nahi hai, ye medicine hai mere lungs ke liye. Jaise diabetes patient insulin leta hai, waise hi asthma patient ko inhaler chahiye. Kal hi mera dust mite allergy trigger huaβ€”jhadu laga rahi thi ghar me, thoda bahut bhi jhadu ka dust uda, aur mera chest tight ho gaya. Ek puff liya, 5 min me normal. Agar inhaler nahi hota toh hospital jaana padta. To ye addiction kaise ho sakta hai? Addiction toh kuch maza lene ki cheez hoti hai, na ki survival. Maine socha aaj post karke puchuβ€”kya aapko bhi log aise bolte hain? Aur haan, jo log sochte hain ki roz inhaler ka use galat hai, unhe thoda research karni chahiye. Asthma control me rakhna zaroori hai, warna attacks badh sakte hain. Bas yahi kehna hai. Apna dhyan rakho, aur inhaler use karte raho bina guilt ke. ❀️

Angioplasty ke baad kya natural tarike se cholesterol control ho sakta hai? Ya statins zaroori?

Doston, ek sawaal hai. Mujhe angioplasty ke baad Lipitor 10mg diya hai. Cholesterol 180 pe aaya hai par triglyceride abhi bhi 220 hai. Doctor ne kaha statins life long leni padegi. Par maine suna hai statins ke side effects hote hain - muscle pain, liver issues. Koi natural way hai cholesterol control karne ka without statins? Main roz subah 20 min walk shuru ki hai. Khana bhi change kiya - roti kam, salad zyada. Par fir bhi lagta hai ki kuch aur karna padega. Kal ek dost ne bataaya ki flax seeds powder warm water me lete hain to cholesterol kam hota hai. Kisi ne try kiya hai? Ya fir garlic ka juice? Magar mujhe dar hai ki ye sab ghar ke nuskhe kaam karenge bhi ya nahi. Please genuine experience share karo - koi bina statins ke cholesterol control kar paya hai? Ya phir side effects ke bawajood statins lena hi better hai? Main confused hoon. Doctor ne kaha hai ki heart attack ke baad statins must hai, par main apni body pe experiment nahi karna chahta. πŸ™
