Bhai log, serious doubt hai. Minoxidil try kar raha hu but side effects ka dar hai toh kisine bola onion juice laga lo. 2 hafte se roz lagaa raha hu, bas aankhen jal rahi hai aur koi result nahi dikh raha 🥲. Kya ye sab fake hai ya real mein kaam karta hai? Kisine experience kiya hai toh batao. Ya fir bas aise hi trend chal raha hai? Mera toh hairline aur crown dono thin ho rahe hai, friends "takle" bolke chidhate hain, ab toh ghar pe bhi mom ne "bald look suits you" bol diya 😭. Seriously, kya koi natural remedy actually works? Onion juice se growth ho sakti hai ya ye just internet ka gyaan hai? Please help a brother out!

Yaar mujhe samajh nahi aa raha kya karun. 6 months pehle maine intermittent fasting start kiya tha (16:8, kuch din 18:6 bhi kar leti thi). Weight loss toh hua tha shuru mein, lekin ab 2 months se hair fall bohot zyada ho raha hai. Har roz nahate waqt haath mein guchhe aate hain. Mera dermatologist bola ki yeh protein aur iron deficiency hai, fasting ki wajah se. Maine socha tha IF toh easy hai, khaana toh kha leti hoon. But honestly, main proper nutritious khana nahi kha pati thi - bas 8 ghante mein jo bhi milta hai kha leti thi. Ab main omega 3 supplements le rahi hoon, flax seeds, makhana, eggs, palak sab kuch daal rahi hoon khane mein. But hair fall ruk nahi raha. Kisi ko koi remedy aata hai? Ya kya karna chahiye? Main soch rahi hoon ab IF chhod doon, lekin weight wapas aa jayega toh aur depression ho jayega. Already metabolism kharab hai crash diets se. Please help karo! 😭

bhai log, serious question hai. Onion juice for hair growth - is it a real thing ya just another WhatsApp university gyaan? Mera roommate roj subah onion ka juice nikaal ke apne bald spots pe lagata hai. Pura room rone lagta hai yaar, mujhe lagta hai hum dono hi saans nahi le paate 😭 Maine kal ek video dekha jisme ek dermatologist ne bola ki onion juice me sulfur hota hai jo hair growth ko boost karega. But then ek aur video me kaha gaya ki it's just a myth and it can even cause irritation. I'm currently on minoxidil (2 months ho gaye) but shedding phase ne mera confidence completely khatam kar diya hai. Ab laga hai ki agar onion juice bhi kaam kare toh try kar loon. But mujhe dar hai ki side effects na ho. Already minoxidil ka dar hai mujhe. Kisi ne try kiya hai sach mein? Ya sab bakwas hai? Please genuine feedback do. Friends already 'takle' bol ke chidha rahe hain, aur agar onion juice bhi fake nikla toh mera toh aur depression ho jayega 💀
