Doctor ne warning di - Ek aur peg aur heart attack double risk - 350+ cholesterol, fatty liver, ab kya safe substitute?

Yaar, aaj doctor ne fir se suna diya. Cholesterol 350+ hai, triglycerides bhi sky high, aur fatty liver ka bhi pata chal chuka hai. Pehle sochta tha ki thoda thoda daru thik hai, lekin ab pata chala ki yeh sab heart ke liye kitna dangerous hai. Kal raat office ke saathiyo ne party di, sab daru pe rahe the. Main majboor tha, lekin maine khud ko rok liya. Uske baad sirf soda lime piya. Bahut mushkil hua, lekin doctor ne clear warning di hai - "Ek aur peg aur heart attack ka risk double ho jayega." Aaj subah utha toh mann kiya ki kuch healthy try karun. Mene green tea pi, jo pehle kabhi nahi pii thi. Taste toh bekar hai, lekin kya karein, ab yeh hi thik hai. Koi natural remedy ya home remedy batao jo triglycerides kam karne mein help kare? Daru ka koi substitute bhi bata do jo health ke liye safe ho. 45 saal ki umar mein jab tak health hai, tab tak sahi hai. Lekin ab 50 ke aas paas, saans bhi phoolti hai, chest mein bhi pressure feel hota hai. Darr lagta hai... koi apna experience share karo, please.

bc, 27 mein gout ka dard! Gym jayega ya toe bachayega? 😭 Uric acid 7.2 hai, koi natural remedy hai?

bc yaar, 27 saal ka hu aur aaj subah utha to big toe mein aisa pain ki jaise koi sui chubha raha ho. 😭 gym jana band kar diya 2 hafte pehle socha rest lunga lekin yeh gout ka dard abhi bhi jaane ka naam nahi le raha. ek dost ne kaha ki whey aur pre-workout ki zyadai hai, maine toh socha bada aadmi banunga bodybuilding mein lekin ab toe mein dard se chalna mushkil ho raha hai. kal raat neem ka paste lagaya aur nimbu pani piya, kuch relief mila lekin aaj fir se wohi halat. ek baar toh mujhe lag raha hai ki ab gym jaa bhi sakta hu ya nahi? kya koi bhai hai jiska bhi same problem hai? pls batao kya karte ho? maine uric acid check karwaya tha last week, 7.2 tha. doctor ne allopurinol de diya but side effects se darr lagta hai. kya koi natural remedy hai? ya fir permanently gym chodna padega? yeh toh life crisis ban gaya hai yaar. 😤

Bhai PG mein PCOD kaise manage karu? Mess ka khana tragic hai, koi tips do! 😩

Ugh, I don’t even know where to start. So I’ve been trying to manage my PCOD properly since last year—taking myo-inositol, trying to eat clean, all that. But I live in a PG in Andheri and the mess food here is just... tragic. Every day same oily sabzi, same roti, and dal that tastes like dishwater. I try to cook eggs in my room but the warden keeps complaining about the smell. 😭 Last week, I had the worst mood swing ever—literally cried over a missing sock and then screamed at my roommate for breathing too loud. I know it’s the hormones, but hostel life makes it impossible to stay consistent. My mom keeps saying "beta ghar aa ja, ghar ka khana khao" but I can’t just leave my job, you know? I’ve started keeping a small stash of roasted chana and flax seeds, but I’m still getting those crazy sugar cravings and my periods are all over the place. Does anyone here manage PCOD while living in a hostel or PG? What do you eat when you can’t control the mess menu? Please tell me I’m not the only one struggling with this. 😩
