⚙️ How atspas tablet Works

Dicyclomine: Antimuscarinic, relaxes smooth muscle; Mefenamic Acid: Inhibits COX-1 and COX-2, reducing prostaglandin synthesis

1 Dicyclomine blocks muscarinic acetylcholine receptors on smooth muscle cells, reducing parasympathetic tone and causing relaxation.
⬇️
2 Mefenamic acid inhibits cyclooxygenase (COX-1 and COX-2) enzymes, decreasing conversion of arachidonic acid to prostaglandins.
⬇️
3 Reduced prostaglandins lead to decreased pain, inflammation, and fever.
⬇️
4 Combined effect: relief of smooth muscle spasm and associated pain.

Subah uthke wapas wohi dard! Kidney stone ka trauma khatam nahi hota?

Yaar, aaj subah utha toh pata nahi kya hua, bas ekdum se left side mein wohi purana wala pain feel hone laga. Pichle saal ki yaad taza ho gayi. Mera toh haath pair thandhe padh gaye. Fikar se dimaag ka kaam band ho gaya. Patni ne bola "arre kuch nahi hoga, tension mat le," lekin main toh panic kar gaya. Phir 2-3 glass paani piya, garmi ka pani piya, dheere dheere pain kam hua. Lekin yeh dar ab chhutega nahi. Har chhoti si jalan ya dard mein lagta hai wapas aa gaya. Main roz subah 3 liter paani peeta hoon, nimboo paani bhi leta hoon. Beer toh chhod di, lekin kabhi kabhi lassi ya doodh le leta hoon. Patni kehti hai "itna paani piyega toh kidney pe pressure padega." Ab samajh nahi aata kaun sahi hai. Kya koi aur bhi hai jisko yeh trauma ho? Aur yeh batao, kya ek baar stone ho jaye toh life mein wapas aane ka chance zyada rehta hai? Main toh darr se mar jaata hoon.

Angioplasty ke baad statins se legs jal rahe hain, koi natural option hai ya doctor ki baat maanun?

Guys, need your advice. Post angioplasty, doctor has put me on high dose statins. LDL came down from 190 to 80 in 3 months, which is good, but the muscle pain is killing me. Specially in legs, feels like I ran a marathon when I just walked to the car. Also feeling a bit foggy mentally. Office me focus nahi aa raha. I want to talk to my cardiologist about reducing dose or switching to something else, like maybe Ezetimibe or just lifestyle changes. But my wife says "doctor ko challenge mat karo, woh jaan bachaye hai". But yaar, quality of life bhi toh chahiye. Has anyone here successfully controlled cholesterol without statins? I am doing strict diet now - no oil, no maida, only oats and dalia, and walking 40 mins daily. Will that be enough to keep LDL under 100? Or am I being stupid and should just tolerate the pain? Also, someone told me about red yeast rice and berberine. Is that effective or just another fad? Please share your honest experiences. Don't want to end up in ICU again but also don't want to live like a zombie.

Bhai log! No carb diet pe belly fat gaya ya aadmi? Sirf chai pe sar ghoom raha, ammi boli banana khao! 🥴

Bhai log, koi batao yaar... mene suna hai no carb diet se belly fat kam hota hai. Aaj subah se roti, chawal, sab kuch band kar diya. Sirf chai pi raha hu (bina sugar). Lekin 12 baje hi pata nahi kya ho raha hai, sar ghoom raha hai aur haath pair kaanp rahe hain. Office me boss ne pucha "Manish, tu theek hai?" Mene kaha "Sir, diet pe hu." Woh haste hue bole "Diet nahi, bhooka marna bolte hain isko." Ab doosri problem - ghar pe amma ne dekha toh bola "Beta, shadi ke liye pet chahiye ya patla hona? Aaj kal ladkiya patlon ko pasand karti hain." Mene kaha "Ammi, main toh no carb kar raha hu." Woh boldi "Haan, toh kal se sirf doodh aur banana kha lena." Seriously, Indian log ke liye no carb possible hai? Kyunki daal-roti toh daily life me hai hi. Koi successful story ho toh share karo. Mujhe 3 hafte me atleast 5 kg kam karna hai. Varna agle mahine rishta aane wala hai. Pet dekh ke ladki wale 'dheere dheere' karke bhaag jayenge. 😭
