Guggul (Commiphora wightii) ka sevan: Ayurveda mein guggul ko arthritis ke liye sanjivani maana gaya hai. Aap 'Yograj Guggul' ya 'Mahayograj Guggul' tablet le sakte hain, lekin pehle kisi Ayurvedic doctor se dose poochh lena. Yeh joint ke aaspas ki swelling kam karta hai. 4. Epsom salt ka garam paani se soak: Ek bucket garam paani mein 2-3 spoon Epsom salt daal kar apne pairon ko 15 minute tak bhigo kar rakhein. Isse muscles relax hote hain aur body ke toxins nikalte hain. Diet (Khana-Peena) jo winter mein knee pain kam kare Aapki plate mein kya hai, iska seedha asar aapke joints par padta hai.
