Ugh yaar, it's 11 PM and I'm sitting here staring at my roommate's packet of Good Day biscuits. The struggle is SO real. 😩
I've been trying to be strict with my PCOD diet for the last two weeks—cutting out maida, trying to eat more protein. But post-9 PM, my brain just goes "chahiye kuch meetha." And then mood swings hit like crazy. Yesterday I literally cried over a dropped chapati. My roommate was like, "Radhika, kya hua?" and I couldn't even explain. It's like my hormones are having a party and I'm just the tired host.
The worst part? My mom keeps calling and saying "beta, ghar ka khana khao, yeh hostel ka khana nahi hai." Like, amma, I WANT to eat healthy but hostel mess mein subah 8 baje se raat tak sab same hi hai—sabzi aur roti. And the cravings? They don't care about my diet plan.
I'm currently trying spearmint tea before bed, but honestly? It's not killing the sugar monster. Does anyone have a hack for late-night cravings that actually works? Something I can keep in my hostel room? I'm desperate. 😭
