Metformin chhupana nahi aata? MIL ne bag check karna seekh liya! 😭 Koi hack batao

MIL ne kal subah mere bag mein se metformin ka strip nikal liya. 🥲 Pooch rahi thi "ye kya hai, kyu le rahi ho". Main ne jhat se bola "vitamin hai, doctor ne diya hai skin ke liye". But I don't think she bought it completely. She was giving me that suspicious look all day.

Honestly I'm so tired of hiding everything. Husband knows about my PCOS and irregular periods but he says "Maa ko mat batao, tension ho jayegi." Tabhi toh main apne purse mein daba ke rakhti hoon. But kal se lagta hai woh mere bag check kar rahi hai.

Koi remedy hai kya? Like how to hide these meds better? I was thinking of keeping them in an old vitamin bottle but then she'll ask about that bottle too. Ya phir husband ke office bag mein rakhun. But woh roz late aata hai.

Also, has anyone else faced this? Feeling like a criminal just for taking doctor-prescribed medicines for my own health. It's not like I'm doing something wrong. But in-laws ka generation... they think periods ka matlab "kuch problem hai" and then marriage trouble. 😔
