Bhai whey protein ne uric acid 8.5 kar diya? Gout ka dard real hai, plant protein ya egg whites try kare?

Bc kal hi blood test karaya. Uric acid 8.5 hai 😭. Pata hai main overthinker hu but yeh sab whey protein ka hi hai. Main 2 mahine se double scoop Isolate le raha tha + pre-workout with creatine. Body fat bhi kam ho gaya but ab joint pain aa gaya especially big toe aur knees. Gout symptoms match ho rahe hai.

Ek dost ne kaha whey protein mein purines hoti hai jo uric acid badhata hai. Maine socha isolate is safe but nahi. Kal se band kar diya. Ab bas plant protein + natural carbs try kar raha hu. Halwa, chana, oats ke saath gym kar raha hu. Weight maintain karna mushkil hai but joint pain aur bhi mushkil hai.

Kya koi bhai yeh face kiya hai? Kya whey permanently chodna padega? Ya phir koi alternative hai like egg whites or chicken breast? Main gym life chod nahi sakta but gout bhi nahi chahiye. Pls guide karo. 🙏
