Yaar, I really need to vent. Last night I had one of those episodes again. Around 11pm, after finishing a client project, I just couldn't stop. First it was a handful of roasted chana, then half a packet of biscuits, then leftover paneer from dinner, and finally I ended up eating two whole bananas. Felt like a zombie, just shoving food without tasting anything. Ugh.
I've tried everythingโketo, intermittent fasting, even that 7-day cabbage soup diet. Now my metabolism is so messed up that I literally gain weight if I drink too much water. My mom keeps saying "bas thoda control rakho," but she doesn't understand the urge. It's like my brain switches off after 9pm.
I started taking psyllium husk with warm water before dinner, hoping it'll fill me up. But last night even that didn't help. And the guilt this morning? Horrible. I skipped breakfast out of shame.
Has anyone here actually broken the night-binge cycle? Not just for a week, but permanently? Please tell me kuch kaam aaya hai. I'm tired of feeling like a failure every morning. ๐
